Hot chillies

The consumption of long hot peppers or just “hot chillies” is rising as Western people are increasingly using chillies in their dishes. Furthermore, chilli peppers are the only fruits that are a little addictive: every time you eat them, the next time you need more to experience the same level of spiciness. The normal red and green chillies are on average on the spice scale. The red ones tend to be hotter than the green ones since they are more ripe.
