Pomegranate

Our pomegranates are an intense red colour and contain sweet red seeds with a slightly tartness. The seeds are juicy and full of flavour. Because pomegranates contain high level of antioxidants, this juicy fruit is often called a super-fruit.

Pomegranates are becoming ever more popular. The fruit is not only consumed in its natural state, but is also used extensively for juices and wines. Our pomegranates are grown by INI farms in India, who arrange the whole process from the orchard to the port.

We offer a variety of bespoke packaging options.

Pomegranates grow on shrubs/small trees in counties with hot climates. After planting it takes about seven to eight years until mature fruits can be harvested. The shrubs can bear fruit for up to 25 years. The fruits measure around eight-12 cm long and originally come from what was known as Persia.
