2 Ready to Eat avocados
1 shallot
1 lime
1 red chilli
1 clove garlic
1 ripe tomato


  1. Slice avocados in half and discard the seed. Scoop out the inner flesh of the avocado with a spoon
  2. Place in a bowl, add juice of the lime and garlic
  3. Use a fork and mash to desired consistency
  4. Fold in the chopped shallot, red chilli and tomato and mix well
  5. Taste the guacamole and adjust seasoning if necessary
  6. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips for a dip and enjoy!
