Melon salad with strawberry, grapes, kiwi and edible flowers

½ galia melon
½ cantaloupe melon
250g sweet strawberries
200g green grapes
3 kiwi’s (ripe)
Fresh lemon juice
Tsp of honey
Edible flowers (choose the ones you like)


  1. Cut all the fruit in pieces, place it in a large bowl and toss
  2. Make the glaze in a seperate small bowl, combine the lemon juice and hony. Taste it and add more juice or honey if you like.
  3. Pour the glaze over the fruit.
  4. Decorate the salad with edible flowers.
