Roasted Fennel

Ingredients
Fennel bulb
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Cut off stalks, halve bulb lengthwise, cut lengthwise in  app. 1 inch pieces
  3. Rub olive oil over the fennel to coat. Sprinkle some balsamic vinegar over the fennel to coat.
  4. Lay out the fennel on a baking sheet and bake/cook to beginning to caramelize (30-40 minutes)
