Rubik’s cube of fruit

Mango
Pineapple
Watermelon
Cantaloupe melon
Peaches
Kiwi
Nectarines

Preparation

  1. Use seasonal fruits, of good size, firm and texture
  2. Make sure they will survive being cut into cubes and won’t brown
  3. Try to use different colours
  4. Cut the fruits in regular dice of the same size (you can use a mold if you like)
  5. Do not put more than 4 fruits on each side
  6. Place a mint leaf on top for a garnish

Note: the fruits at the ingredients list are suggestions, you can choose fruit that you prefer.
