Sugar Snaps with Red Pepper

250g snap snaps
1 red pepper
2 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. chili sauce


  1. Melt oil in large skillet over high heat
  2. Cut the red pepper into strips
  3. Put the sugar snaps and red pepper into the skillet
  4. Cook the sugar snaps and red pepper for 2 minutes, make sure you stirring constantly
  5. Add soy sauce and chili sauce; cook about 3 minutes more, or until peas are tender-crisp
  6. Remove from heat and put the sesame seeds on top.
