- Melt oil in large skillet over high heat
- Cut the red pepper into strips
- Put the sugar snaps and red pepper into the skillet
- Cook the sugar snaps and red pepper for 2 minutes, make sure you stirring constantly
- Add soy sauce and chili sauce; cook about 3 minutes more, or until peas are tender-crisp
- Remove from heat and put the sesame seeds on top.
