Tamarillo smoothie

4 tamarillos
1/2 cup whole milk (chilled)
1/2 cup plain or flavoured yoghurt
2 Tsp honey
1 banana


  1. Peel the tamarillos by pouring over boiling water
  2. Let stand for 3-4 mins, drain and refresh with cold water
  3. Remove the skins
  4. Puree all the ingredients in a blender and serve!
