150-200 ml nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons of flaxseed
125 grams blueberries
1 orange

Preparation

Put the yogurt , berries and flax seed into the blender. Cut an orange in half and squeeze it out in the blender. Beware that no seeds fall into your smoothie. Mix until smooth and enjoy!
