Sushi with Salmon

Half packet of sauerkraut 500 g
150 g smoked or marinated salmon
1 pepper
1 Chinese cabbage
6 cucumber
1 packet of radish sprouts trio
2 tbs sesame oil
olives (garnish)
1 tbs seroendeng - spiced crushed peanuts (garnish)
chia seeds (garnish)
Red radish sprouts (out of the trio) (garnish)
1 tray - 100 g sour cream (sauce)
1 tsp Wasabi powder (sauce)
2 tbs sweet soy sauce (sauce)

  1. Remove four cabbage leaves off and blanch them in about 30 seconds
  2. Rinse with cold water and pat dry
  3. Squeeze the sauerkraut and mix with the sesame oil and the sliced pepper
  4. Cut the cucumbers into strips and make the sushi roll
  5. Place the mat with the flat side up, cover with (4) cabbage leaves and place the slices of salmon on top of the sauerkraut, the radish sprouts and the strips of cucumber
  6. Roll up tightly and make the other roll too
  7. Mix the wasabi powder and sour cream to make a sauce, mix if necessary. Add some mayonnaise if desired
  8. Cut the sushi and garnish with red radish sprouts and seroendeng.
